We are looking for eligible people to complete short surveys to make their voices are heard. Take this opportunity to tell it how it is!

You will be eligible to take part if you have Black African, Black Caribbean or South Asian heritage and have lived experience of Diabetes (you or someone close to you). You must live in South East London and be 18 years old or older. Want to get involved?

You will be eligible to take part if you have Black African or Black Caribbean heritage, you live in South East, North East or North West London and you are 18 years old or older.
