We are proud to deliver Public Health Insights studies (service evaluations) and community engagement activities to understand the experiences of racially minoritised communities when accessing healthcare. We listen to their thoughts about how services should be improved. This often includes a desire for culturally-sensitive, tailored services. Our studies are typically commissioned by NHS and Public Health organisations.

Our goal is to act as an independent partner, amplifying the voices of 'seldom listened to' groups, and driving real change in healthcare services.

Our Equality and Representation Survey provides you with a snap shot of the risk and impact of racial discrimination within your organisation through the lens of the Equality Act 2010. Recommended for all staff, the survey captures which identities are represented (and not represented) within your organisation. It then captures the different experiences for each identity allowing you to compare and contrast. Based on the results, we provide you with high-level recommendations which guide you on where and how you should prioritise your efforts.
