BLACK & ASIAN Staff Support
We provide support to Black and Asian Staff who have experienced discrimination in the workplace. We address their healing through targeted support groups, workshops and coaching. We empower them to share their experiences and aspirations for their organisations. By helping to build and grow Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic staff networks, we amplify their voices, drive engagement, improve relationships with senior management and turn ideas into measurable actions.
Research and insights
We provide you with an independent view of the prevailing organisational culture relating to diversity and inclusion. This includes our Equality and Representation survey which gives you snap shot of the risk and impact of racial discrimination within your organisation through the lens of the Equality Act 2010. These insights can inform multiple layers of your operating model including strategy, policies, processes and development of your people. You can also commission us to deliver bespoke internal or external studies, led by our qualified research team.
Cultural Humility
We create sustained behaviour change by providing a safe space for people from all races to discuss uncomfortable issues, self-reflect and learn critical antiracism tools. We provide workshop-only, online-only or blended learning options, accompanied by long-term individual and organisational support to make sure that the changes stick. We can also provide 1-1 leadership coaching through our Nurturing Cultural Humility Programme.

Resilience Building
We provide support to Black and Asian Staff who have experienced discrimination in the workplace. We address their healing through targeted support groups, workshops and coaching. They learn tools to identify key triggers such as racial (micro)aggressions and respond in a way that protects their mental health, and can improve the overall culture of an organisation.
Emotional Support Groups
We provide emotional support to Black African and Caribbean communities. Based on an African-centred healing approach, we provide an alternative route to mental health support based on the specific needs of the community. These groups can be commissioned to supplement primary and secondary mental health services.
Making discussions about race the norm
Working with you to give the silenced a voice
