I found the health and well-being group very helpful as it made me look at my issues in a different light. I found that going to the group open my mind to having a more positive look on my life. I felt comfortable being around people who had similar thought and feeling to myself, it was an good inviting space for us to express ourselves and to have contact with others.  The information provided was very uplifting for me.
I would gladly attend another one of these groups.
